Gavin Le Roux

Gavin Le Roux, Director, Finance, manages New Forests' finance and corporate services functions, including fund and client reporting, corporate financial reporting, financial management, company secretarial duties, compliance and governance. In this role, he ensures consistency across the back-office functions of New Forests' funds and also manages the company's training program. Gavin has over 10 years of experience in commercial and chartered accounting in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. Before joining New Forests, he was the senior financial account at Mirvac Funds Management Limited where his responsibilities included financial reporting, management reporting, consolidations and taxation for Mirvac's funds management business. He is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Natal in South Africa and a Master's of Environmental Studies from Macquarie University in Sydney. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Gavin is based in Sydney.
